Recently Paul and I went to watch the movie "Courageous." It is from the same producers as "Fireproof" that we loved and raved about for weeks and even years. Even though we are not parents we seek to give God our best and pray for the day that we are given a child to take responsibility for. We pray that we are the best example to our future children by living the way we want to set an example for them in their lives. This is definitely a must see movie that sets the stage on how daily examples of our lives impact not only our children, but the people we are surrounded by.
To brag on Paul just a bit... I am thankful for his leadership, his desire to want to grow closer to God, him seeking out the truth and leading others to know more, and being a prayer warrior right along with me. God couldn't have given me a better gift to share life with.
Together, we are going to read the two books below and I hope to share a little more with you in the future. My prayer is that some of my friends will join me in this study and we can become more honest and accountable to each other on the way we want our lives to be lights to the world.
